Reports indicate that the unfortunate incident occurred after a little misunderstanding ensued between the two over money settlement issue.
His gun is an unlicensed pistol from the United States of America.
The bullet, according to medical experts passed through his intestines, and got stuck at his back, around his spinal cord.
He was initially rushed to the Effia Nkwanta Hospital in Western Region, but was further referred to the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital for surgical operation.
Doctors' report revealed that they have done all they could to get Emmanuel back to normality, but were unable to remove the bullet in his body due to lack of advanced equipment.
This equipment, they believe needs, to be procured from the United States of America, before the advanced operation could begin.
Currently, Doctors have clearly indicated that removal of the bullet from his body will disable him entirely. It means it will worsen his situation. He has been in a very deep pain after the 'unsuccessful surgery' at Korle Bu.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Afia Nyarko Adu-Amankwah Nyarko, Judge presiding over the case has revealed that judgement on the case will be passed on Monday, July 19, 2021.
Emmanuel's condition is a matter of life and death; hence, the family is calling for more support to send him abroad to get his condition normalized through an advanced surgical operation, since the equipment for the operation is delaying.
