Elikem Kotoko has been an instrumental citizens in the exposal of the mischievous activities of people at the top hierarchical positions in government. Today, he shared a video filmed by Maleek Basintele on his facebook page. The video displayed the conveyance or transport of an ambulance which was allocated to the Offinso South Constituency. The ambulance sighted in the video is obviously one of the ambulances which was distributed by the Nana Addo led administration in the implementation of the One Constituency, One Ambulance policy.
According to Elikem Kotoko, the rate at which these "alleged brand new ambulances" are breaking down in just less than two years of procuring them demands more questioning. He stated that Ghanaians must ask questions.
Some of the questions that he planned on asking are;
1.Are these ambulances brand new or refurbished?
2.What is the after sales agreement?
3.Did they come with any warranties?
