We cannot blame Dampare for the death of the 13 passengers: It was the carelessness of the OA driver

The truth need to be Told and we need to stop beating around the bush. We overheard some group of people on Social Media blaming the police and the IGP Dampare for the terrible death that occurred at Konogo over the night around 11 pm. Per critical analysis and evaluation of the situation, we have realized that there is no need to blame the hard work of the New acting IGP Dr George Akuffo Dampare and his police officers. The Police officers always give us Update from what is happening in Ghana. They consistently outline road safety measures for drivers to follow in other to help minimize the increasing rate of accident in Ghana.

Some of these road safety measures which are always emphasize by the police officers include, avoiding Overtaking, Over speeding and over loading. But drivers these days do what they want without obeying the instructions of the police. The accident which occurred in Konogo on Kumasi to Accra Highway as a result of the carelessness of the OA driver leading to the death of 13 people on the spot of the accident and leaving 11 in a critical condition responding to medical treatment at Konogo Government Hospital. It will interest you to know that, the OA Driver was trying to outsmart the vehicle ahead of him. That is to say that, the OA driver tried Overtaking.

Unfortunately, he was not Lucky. They collided with the other truck which was coming. This is the whole incident leading to the death of such a great people yesterday. Therefore let not but the blame on the New IGP Geroge Dr Akuffo Dampare for not playing his duties well. It was as a result of the carelessness of the OA driver who refueses to obey road safety measures.
