Ghanaians and the entire social media users have been stunned by the shooting of two police officers at post, during which one of them has been reported dead and the other in critical condition at the hospital.

I wonder why the police service is constantly recording death victims over the last few days? I thought these are people who were meant to protect us so why then should we keep losing them? Within the last two days, three police officers have been reported dead, two committed suicide and one also shot dead by robbers.

A heartbreaking news currently circulating on social media indicates that two police officers have been shot by armed robbers. Unfortunately for one of them, he has lost his life and the other has been admitted at Pramkesse in the Eastern Region.

According to reports currently circulating online, the police at Pramkesse in the Eastern Region had a call which reporting that there were unknown people with guns and are robbing travelers on the highway of Pramkesse and Akim Takyiman.

When the police arrived at the scene, there was some exchange of gunshots and two of the policemen were shot by the robbers. One of the police officers, Sgt Moses Nartey Tetteh was unfortunately declared dead while the other was left in critical condition and has been admitted to the hospital.
