The Western Regional Minister, Hon Kwabena Okyere Darko Mensah has come out with a statement that preliminary investigation he received from the doctors who examined Josephine Panyin Mensah shows that she was not pregnant. The family and the husband of Josephine has already stated that they have no reason to lie about this sensitive issue. The neighbours in the area have also proved with pictures that Josephine Panyin Mensah was 9 months pregnant before he was kidnapped.
The Ghana Police Service this morning came out with a statement that Josephine Panyin Mensah is alleged to fake her pregnancy and that some charges might be applied along with police investigation. This has propelled the family of Josephine Panyin Mensah to pronounce curses on the Western Regional Minister, Hon Kwabena Okyere Darko and all other persons who claim that Josephine was not pregnant be the kidnap.
In a video cited on social media, a man believed to be a family member was holding eggs with the other family members and neighbours surrounding him. He said, "We call on the gods of our land. If the regional minister and other authorities have not taken their time to investigate this case and claim that Panyin was not pregnant, then all the problems on this earth on your head". The man then hits the eggs on the ground. He also opened a Schnapp and pour a libation to the gods.
He also stated if we are also telling lies about Panyin that she was pregnant whiles she was not then the gods should do to us as they would have done to the Regional Minister and all other persons involved.
