Wife of the murdered Collins Dorman by community police officer cries for justice

Barely three weeks ago, the people of Atechem a suburb of Dunkwa on-Offin in the upper Denkyira East in the Central Region when a Community Police Personnel known as Isaac Owusu Boateng murdered a civilian called Collins Dorman. A thirty year (30) old Dorman was murdered around 6:30pm in the evening by this community police officer. 

Maame Yaa safoa the mother of the deceased who was an eye witness narrated how the whole story started worldtvgh reporter Joseph Amponsah.

According to the wife of the late Dorman, the case is before the Dunkwa Magistrate Court and His Lordship Festus Nukunu adjourned the trial to 19th April 2021 to continue the trial.

Nana Dorman II the chief of Atechemhene in an interview with us said the sad incident that happened recently in his community in the hands of the police and therefore entrated everyone who is planning to avenge should hold back his plans and respect the authority to do what the law demands. He also said the police should take part during the deceased burial to avoid any further occurances.The parents and wife of the deceased said all that they are expecting is fair judgement to console their wounded spirit as a result of the sudden demise of her husband. He left behind three children and she is therefore appealing to government and other philanthropists to come to their aid.
