An investigate journalist, Manasseh Azure Awuni who is editor in chief for the Fourth Estate has stated that Ghanaians should be aware of thieves promising to get them jobs who pretends to be connected to the high Government officials they claimed to know.
According to Manasseh Azure Awuni, some people are thieves who wanted to use any means to get money from innocent people in the country in helping them to get job but it is not true.
Manasseh Azure Awuni warned Ghanaians that " They will take your money and you won't get the job. They'll disappear. Even if they don't, you may never get your money back" to strongly warned Ghanaians on Friday, 28th May, 2021 and Ghanaians have reacted massively to his post.
A lot of people has been asking that why is the famous investigative journalist making such statement without giving much details?
To some extent, it could be that as the Government is recruiting people into the army service, some people (thieves) might be promising to help people get that job but it will end up in a bad way and Manasseh Azure Awuni, is trying to put his message across board to help people who don't have the qualifications to beware of those thieves in the country and should not be surprised if something bad happened to them.
A lot of people have agreed to Manasseh Azure Awuni's message and have their thoughts known below.
Someone said: The government have failed to provide a fair grounds for its people to get a job, if you go drop your application, no one takes it serious unless someone who knows someone helps you out.
In this country, you could only get a job if you knew someone in a hight office, but if you don't, then you need to raise certain amount of money to give to those who have connections with people in high offices. It's a sad development but its truth.
Another person said that: You’re right. A lot of guys are using names of high offices and people of influence to dube people of their hard earned money all in the name of securing them jobs.
Someone commented by saying that: Chief, is not we ooo. The system is very hard that's why we always get duped. I pray that we all have the opportunity to journey to a working country in future. No job for the youth.
The good ones like BOG, VRA, BOST, NPA, GNPC etc are reserved for the politicians family members.
GES, NABCO, local Government and the rest are reserved for we the vulnerable.
Hmmm. A country where the rich gets richer and the poor get poorer. God is watching.
Someone stated that: Hmmmmm. I have been a victim twice ✌️ God have mercy on them for always deceiving and robbing the poor youth who struggle to raise money and are eager to get themselves sustainable jobs.
Another person added that: Its very unfortunate our country has turned to such.
For all you know there are alot of opportunities but people are been deprived off just because they don't have money to settle.
Allah Is Merciful.
See how Ghanaians reacted massively to the post.
