We Need To Hold Politicians Accountable. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah Explains The Need To Increase Road Toll

The Member of Parliament for the Ofoase Ayirebi constituency and the Minister for Information has explain to how important it is to increase road tolls. His explanation comes after the minority in Parliament noted that they will oppose the Increment of road tolls proposed by the government.

According Oppong Nkrumah, road consultants and constructors are doing their best in fixing the road sector but we the citizens must know how to finance them. He noted further that all Ghanaians must agree to pay an extra 10% to get what we want and if we don't get it, then we can call them "alluta"

“Contractors and consultants, they have to do their part but we the citizens as well when that conversation is tied up on how to fund what is outstanding on this I think we also need to come to the table and say we are willing to pay an extra 10 per cent to get it done. Then, when they take the money and don’t do it we can all go on alluta".

What's your views on this, will u agree to the payment of extra 10% to get the best for ourselves or you won't? Let's hear from you to decide because the majority always carry the vote.
