A reported case that was sighted on UTV by Ahomka.News indicates that, there is a fatal accident in Gomoa Akraman in the central region of Ghana leaving 6 months old baby dead and others in a critical condition receiving treatment.
The mini bus that was involved in the accident was loaded with passengers who were attending an outdooring.The report which was given by Jacob Kubi indicated that, there was a 7 year old boy who survived the accident. And according to the boy, when they were on their way going, the driver stopped along the road and entered a blue kiosk. He said they don't know what he went there to do whether he entered to drink alcohol or something else.
So the driver then came to enter and they continued their journey. Along the way, he was on top speed and all of sudden the car somersaulted so many times which led the 6 months old baby died on the spot. The car has spoilt beyond recognition and others are in a critical condition receiving treatment at the Winneba Emergency Unit.
The driver on the other side gave his part of the story saying, when they were on top of the of the road, the car hit a big pothole which made one of the tyre to burst. He said he wasn't aware the tyre has burst so the car immediately somersaulted and ended up in this situation. Though the driver has sustained some injuries and receiving treatment at the hospital but he is in the grip of the police to face trial after recovery.
