The woman sitting at the back kept complaining the driver was sleeping, because she saw him from the drivers mirror. The woman stopped and took a different car, just few minutes into their journey. The driver became aware of himself when the woman took a different car, and in response, took to speed. According to Janet, the car was moving on top speed and anytime they complain from the back seat, the passengers at the front seat brushed them off, that the road was empty.

The driver was on top speed of not less than 90km/h, when he was doing the overtaking. He forgot about the roundabout he was about to take, and couldn't reduce his speed. As he tried using the at once break, so the car can come to a sudden stop for him to navigate the roundabout, that was when he lost the steering wheel. The mini bus somersaulted three times before coming to a stop, just few metres away from the roundabout.
