It is very unfortunate that another Ghanaian Police officer loses her life in Damango in the Savannah Region.

The Ghanaian Police Service on the 2nd August, 2021 took to one of their popular social media and revealed how the incident happened and what they are currently doing to get to the root of the whole crime.
The Police on Facebook revealed through a press release that, the officer who is dead was a constable, but her name is withheld. She was found dead at her residence at Damango in the Savannah Region.

The police service revealed that she was found in a pool of blood and they believe that she was stabbed.
The body of the deceased has been taken to the west Gonja Hospital and pending investigations.
Her boyfriend is the suspected and the police are currently after him and searching for him everywhere.
This incident can be said to be almost the fifth time a police officer has lost his or her life in the country.
