A gory accident that occurred at Osino on the Accra - Kumasi highway has claimed the lives of 2 people. The crash was between a minibus with car number GT 3322-17 and a saloon car with car number GE 3323-21.

The minibus was driving from Koforidua to Nkawkaw and the saloon car was moving from Kumasi to Accra. According to eyewitnesses, the saloon car was doing an overtaking at top speed. However, the driver realized that a car that was coming towards him was very huge so he decided to move back into his lane and he crashed into the minibus.

Due to the top speed at which the saloon car was driving, two passengers in the minibus fell out of the bus and died. The injured persons are receiving treatment at Enyiresi Government Hospital.

The deceased persons were taken to the hospital's mortuary. The saloon car was utterly destroyed and the passengers in it sustained serious injuries.
