Flood

Protect yourselves accordingly - Ghana meteorological Agency warns Ghanaians of impending storms

The Ghana Meteorological Agency has sent another warning to all Ghanaians concerning a possible rain storm approaching Ghana. This month, as it is in the climate and historical weather conditions of Ghana, is expected to deliver a lot of rain in the country with its accompanying cold conditions. Even though much of it has not been seen and experienced as it was expected so far, the heaviest of rainfall seen in a flash caused some havoc with parts of Kumasi flooding as never seen before. This indicates that if the rains should have poured down as it is expected in this time of the year, the repercussions could not be handled.

It is in this light that Meteorological Agency of Ghana is sending a signal to the people in various parts of Ghana in order fasten up and guards against this possible rainstorm to hit those areas. The people in the Ashanti, Greater Accra, Eastern and Volta are to watch out for this rain storm between this afternoon 12:00pm to 6:00pm. However those in the Bono East, Ahafo, Bono, Western, and Western North regions are to expect it from 2:00pm to 10:00pm. The full meteorological report and warning is seen below. Please share to create awareness of others as well.
