A young man is really causing a lot of stir online after he allegedly took weed and alcohol at the same time. Well many Ghanaians do not agree when they see people taking in Indian hemp. But most people have been appealing to the government to legalize the indian hemp but many people do not want to accept because they believe taking in weed has a lot of bad effects than good. Well there no scientific prove backing their idea.
Today a video circulating on the social has spotted a young man who took in weed and later found in a gutter swimming in it.
