Johnny Hughes made this statement on the 'New Day' on TV3 when acknowledged the efforts of the Accra Regional Minister to making the city clean again.
According to him, we want to see actions and not a nine-day wonder where we see people jumping into gutters and digging as seen in the past.

He added that it is not about throwing money at the rubbish because that's what we've been doing most of the time.
