A yet-to-be identified man has ignored people as he builds his house in a stream. From the viral picture reaching MartinezTV has seen an unknown man who has built his house in water ways without minding what people may say or think about him. The attitude of some Ghanaians is somewhat different to hear because certain things that could cost your life or cause harm to them are seen not of important. Flooding in Accra has become one of the headache in the country whenever there is a heavy downpour. In a recent news that took over the internet was a flooding that happened in almost half of the capital city, Accra.
But it seems many people are not concerned about it as they keep on doing what would make them happy but will ignore other people's safety. Well many people were blaming the government but the issue has to do with both parties that is the government and Ghanaians. The government is working tirelessly to stop flooding happening in the country, but it seems some people are not joining hands to support the government. In order to stop the flooding happening in Ghana particularly Accra, the citizens have a role to play in managing it because the government could do whatever it can and if the behavior of the citizens did not change it will yield no results. What the unknown has done would be blockage to water during a heavy downpour.
