The youth are now really engaging themselves in social vices. Day in and day out they have been taking things that do not belong to them and when asked they will say because of economic hardship. Thanks to technology, a young guy probably between the age of 18 and 25 years have been captured by a CCTV camera when he takes someone's slippers. Watching the screenshot from this article, you can see that the young guy slowly walks to where he is going to take the slippers, he looks left and right to see if no one is watching but big thanks to technology. He didn't know that there was a CCTV camera capturing what he was trying to do.
He sits near where the slippers are and watch left and right again to see if no one is coming. When he noticed that no one is coming, he took the slippers and exchanged them with is. Some people think the boy did not steal so far as he exchange his slipper with the one he take. Some people also see it to be theft so far as the slippers are not for him he has stolen them.
