
A 30-year-old North Texas woman was arrested and charged with murder for the deaths of her two young daughters.
Irving police Madison McDonald went to the police department’s headquarters Monday night and used the phone in the lobby to call 911.
She told the dispatch officer she had killed her two daughters – 1-year-old Lillian Mae McDonald and 6-year-old Archer Hammond.
Officers met her in the lobby and then went to her home to confirm the children’s deaths.
Police said the case is still in the early stages of the investigation.
Investigation is still ongoing to know the cause of the matter.
They did not release any additional information about McDonald or the motive for the crime.
But, the 30 years woman has confirmed about the death of the two daughters.
McDonald is currently being held in the Irving city jail with no bail.
She's charged with two counts of capital murder of a person under the age of 10.
