Captain Smart is one Ghana's best journalists in the country now.
Just this morning on a Ghanaian based television station which is called Angel TV, and the name of the program is anopa bofo)Captain have made some allegations against the Ghana police service at Techiman.
Captain started by asking who is responsible for referring police officers from one station to another.
He continued that IGP should please listen to him because things are happening at Techiman which he personally thinks the IGP should be notified.
He continued that, some police officers have been transferred from Techiman to other place with the reason that they cought an oil load which there was bullets in it as well.
They sent it to the station and the incharge have allowed the man to go free. When they got angry, they have been transferred from their station.
This is my own opinion, such people are allowed to go free because either they are big men or they know some big men. But the laws does not favour the poor. Just imagine Akuapem Pooloo's case.
