Tilapia the cartoonist has served Ghanaians with assertive emphatic cartoon artwork on the current happenings in the country concerning road construction for each region respectively.
His art has drawn comparisons, comments, and worried quotations on the need for evenly distributed road construction networks for each region.
Ghanaians believe many regions have not seen these road networks in their environs. This must not be ignored, citizens believe there must be a fair share of these roads in the country.

• My region, Upper East, doesn’t have any bowl in which to be served the national cake. She knows, she is not part.
• It's sad that two regions Oti and Volta region is not even requesting anything because they knew even if they request they will not be given.
• Tell them that they are not exceptional from other regions. After massively voting for them (NPP), you only brought hardship to Ghanaians so keep mute and feel the heat.
