Just like how some areas in Ghana suffer bridge problems, the people of Adandwomase managed to build up their own bridge to fix the bridge problem they have been suffering from. The bridge was contracted by the men after a contribution they made at a meeting they had.
This bridge was purposely set up to help people of the town, to be able to cross over to the other part of the road due to the overflowing of the river they had, which serves as a source of irrigation for farmers. Students in particular need to get to school everyday regardless of the fact that, it rained or not. Drivers could not go to work when ever the river overflows and since the difficulty seems to be affecting everyone, all hands were put on deck towards the raising of the fund.
It cost the about GHC 30,000 to have the bridge constructed. Some materials they used in the building of these bridges are, pipe, sand and stones. Since. The money they raised was not enough to buy a larger pipe for the constructional work, apparently they claimed the bigger pipe caused 25,000. Taking a good look at the bridge implies that, it is not a complete type and can equally cause disaster.
Far before the construction of the bridge, people, including students, were being carried in bulldozers which enables the to cross over to the next road. But should they be looking up.to the government for the construction of the bridge, the bulldozer would have created more hole in the ground making it hard for it to continue the transport process.
