Just In; Man Inflicts cutlass wounds on his spouse over disagreement on cocoa farm

A man has inflicted Cutlass wounds on his spouse over disagreement on their cocoa farm.

The Genesis to the Revelation of the story is about a man who lives with his spouse at Assin Atwere in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

According to sources, both lovers are cocoa farmers who cultivate together on a piece of land in the small village where they lived.

The unfortunate story happened yesterday evening around 9:30 pm on February 8, 2020 when they had a meeting which turned to a quarrell.

Reports tells that, this lovers who were having a smooth meeting later turned to fight when the wife raised an issue concerning some funds from the cocoa farm which his husband has taken without her concern and permission.

It became very aggressive, when the husband refused to give tangible explanations for taking that money and also rendering improper account for the money.

Further explanation tells that, the wife who did not provide her name for some personal reasons, got angry and started accusing the husband for emblezling funds for their cocoa farm and also accused him for spending the money on other ladies.

After exchanging abusive words, the husband sacked the spouse from the room to go and sleep outside for disrespecting him.

This even gingered the lady to stand in the centre of the compund house and hoot at the man for his uncouth behavior

As the hooting became louder and stonger, the man couldn't hold his peace any longer

He took a sharp matchet under his bed, went closer to his wife and butchered his wife mercilessly.

His wife suffered severe injuries all over her body.

Following the story, a good Samaritan. That is one of the neighbors who heard the lady shouting and screaming for help, came to the lady's aid to rescure her.

Currently, the wounded lady has been admitted at the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital whilst the husband who murdered her has been arrested by the Police.
