Agya Yeboah, the father of one of the victims in the historic Abesim Killing has spoken again. In an Interview with Oheneba Media on a YouTube Channel, he indicated that a post-mortem has been conducted on the remains of his son by the police and the outcome is heartbreaking.
Soon after the police conveyed the body of the kids who were killed and stored in the fridge at Alaska Junction in Abesim to the headquarters, the parents were invited to witness the postmortem. Since Richard Appiah, the main suspect behind the case dissected the body parts into pieces, the police decided to bring all the parts together to ascertain if they were intact for proper identification.
Agya Yeboah, could not go to Accra due to the fear of being traumatized as a father seeing the body of his son. This was because he could not stand the first scene at the house of Richard Appiah when the bodies were initially discovered. He asked someone to represent him in Accra. The bodies were finally arranged to form a human stature again, but some vital parts of his son were missing.
According to Agya Yeboah, the heart and private part of his son were missing. He did not mince words when he indicated that Richard Appiah has sold those body parts to some unknown persons for money. He does not understand why the heart of his son was not found, Agya Yeboah wants the police to thoroughly interrogate Richard Appiah for him to reveal where he sold those body parts of his son to enable the laws to deal with him once and for all.
For now, Egya Yeboah and his family do not have the financial resources to hire the best lawyers to defend their case, but they have reposed their trust in the COP George Akuffo Dampare Police administration to assist them in unraveling the whole truth in the case.
It is heartbreaking to find out that a son raised for many years would one day die mysteriously and the killer will be a close friend. It will also be heartbreaking to find out that the killer did not only take life but also took away vital parts including the heart and other parts for purposes best known to him. It is only God who knows what Agya Yeboah and his family are currently going through in life. May he have the strength to endure every single pain throughout the trial.
