The Ghana police service is one of the most prominent security service in Ghana. Their massive effort in maintaining law and order in this country is outstanding and Ghanaians are always happy to have the Ghana Police Service in Ghana.
The Ghana police service service which is currently headed by the inspector General Dr George Akuffo Dampare is witnessing a massive change in terms of conducts of police officers and how criminals and armed robbers are dealt with. In the early hours of today 11th August 2022, Dr George Akuffo Dampare drops another good news to all police officers.
According to the IGP, there is going to be a change and replacement in the police service. Explaining further, Dr George Akuffo Dampare is on the view that, henceforth, all police officers who die in cause of duty will definitely be replaced by a family member who is having the qualification to join the Ghana Police Service.
This is a good initiatives from the IGP and we hope it will be realized.
