A car owner at the University of Ghana Legon Campus on Friday 6th May 2022 escaped unhate after a tree fell on his salon car after a rain storm.
The incident happened at the Cedi Conference Center inside the University of Ghana Legon where the owner of the car parked his car.
The car owner left his car few minutes before the tree fell on the car causing serious damage to the car.
This was after a rain storm swept through several areas in the Greater Accra Region as reported earlier by the Meteo agency which predicted the rain storm earlier in the morning.

It could have been a rather serious disaster if there was an occupant inside the car, considering the damage caused to the car.
With the onset of the rains, the Metrological Service Department have been issuing warnings to the general public to take their safety very serious, especially when there are serious winds accompanying the rains.
