Lot of heat and brouhaha happening at Kasoa. Few days ago, a gruesome incidence involving two teenagers murdering a 11 year-old boy all in the name of money rituals occurred around Lamptey Mills inside Kasoa.
Nicholas Kini and Felix Nyarko allegedly collogued and murdered Ishmael Mensah a 11 year boy on Saturday, April 3rd 2021, for their money rituals. The culprits made their first appearance at the Awutu Ofaakor District Magistrate Court on Tuesday and were charged with murder.
During court hearing presided by Her Worship Mrs Rosemond Vera Ocloo, the culprits indicated that they were to convey the body of the deceased to one mallam at Volta Region for the rituals.
According to Nicholas Kini, 17, and Felix Nyarko, 15, they were told by the money ritualist to come along with a human being, a sum of 5000.00 in-order to gain their instant riches and failure to do so would render them mad.
Her Worship Mrs Rosemond Vera Ocloo after court hearing remanded them into police custody and adjourned the case to April 20, 2021. The time space is to enable the Kasoa Divisional Police Command continue with its investigation into the matter.
Meanwhile the body of the deceased has been deposited at the Police Hospital Mortuary for autopsy and investigators also are on the search for this "body parts for instant riches" mallam.
