
The acting Inspector General Of Police (IGP), Dr. George Akkufo Dampare today visited bereaved families of three people who were murdered by suspect Richard Appiah at Abesim.
The acting IGP also also visited some Police officers who sustained various degree of injuries in line of duty.
It was a solemn mo moment when the acting IGP and his entourage visited the families whose relatives were murdered by suspect Richard Appiah.



The suspect was arrested after it was discovered that, he had some human parts kept in his fridge.
The IGP and his entourage also paid a courtesy call on the Chief of Abesim where he assured him of investigations to bring people connected to crimes in the area.
At the various homes of the Police officers who sustained various degree injuries, the acting IGP assured them of the support of the Police Administration as they are now incapacitated.
" Your pain is our pain", the IGP stated.
The suspect in the case is currently in Police custody assisting Police investigations.
