Alarming rate of missing persons in Ghana disheartening

The rate at which people are getting missing in this country is just not fathomable. There have been recent reports of missing persons and it is getting people worried as no one what could happen next.

Irene Timotheo of the Ghana Institute of Journalism is reported missing as she was last seen on 1st May around Adenta SSNIT flats. Anyone with information about her whereabouts should kindly contact her aunty on the given contacts below.

A middle aged man is also reported missing. He goes by the name, Alhaji Abubakar White. He was last seen at Sakaman on Monday.

This is causing fear and panic in the country as more people are reported missing each day. It is high time our security personnel, work judiciously to avoid these things from happening.

All the same, we must be very careful of the places we go to and try as much as possible to avoid strangers. If you're a young girl, please try not to accept lift from strangers and if the ask for directions, make sure to stand at a safe spot before directing them. Make sure to share your location with your lived ones as well so that it can be easy to locate you when something happens. May God protect us all.
