The police are a respectable institution whose job is to safeguard people and property while ensuring that law and order are upheld across the world. They have other obligations as well to make sure it is completed correctly, in addition to this one.
Every nation's security service, which includes the police, military, and other security agencies, is responsible for maintaining that nation's security. Although Ghana's police force has earned a reputation as one of West Africa's top security forces throughout the years, there are still many mistakes being made that go unnoticed by Ghanaians.
The police force was recently named as one of Ghana's most corrupt institutions in a report listing the country's most corrupt institutions. When compared to what other institutions received, the ratio granted to the police department was unfathomable. If the WAEC examinations were the topic, the police department had an A1.
A stern warning has been given to the Ghana Police Service by Prophet Kofi Oduro, the head of the Alabaster International Ministry. Prophet Kofi Oduro claims that although he is not passing judgment on the police department, the truth must be told. Apart from bribery and corruption, the police in Ghana frequently associate with other illegal acts, which accounts for the fact that the majority of them pass away before their time. They continue to harm innocent people for a crime they did not commit, and as a result, their lives are cursed.
In his conclusion, he advised the police service to live a decent life and work according to their code of ethics.
