The cases of robbery is getting out of hands these days in the country. As these criminals have made up their mind not to rest, Ghana Police Service have also tighten their skills and intelligence to nab all of them. Recently, we got the news that four suspected armed robbers who were in connection with the death of the Police Officer at Adedenpo have been arrested. Their effort to escape proved futile and are now in the custody of the police.
There is a communique on the twitter handle of the Ghana Police Service that indicates that, the youth of Yama in the Walewale District of the North East Region have scared suspected Armed Robbers away.
According to the information, these youth stood up to the robbers and their actions made them to run away, abandoning their unregistered motorbike and a locally manufactured single barrel gun.The Police have however praised the youth for their boldness and courage to do what they have done and described it as worth emulating.
