Covid-19: The Ghana Police Should Arrest Citizen Who Defile Covid-19 Protocols This Easter - Opinion

Just like what the current President of Ghana use to say "Fellow Ghanaians, we are not in normal times" which turns out to be true. Ghana of course is among the the countries fighting the world pandemic and one of the most deadliest virus ever to be discovered in the world.

Covid-19 is real and some of the top most but basic symptoms of the virus includes; Fever, dry cough and tiredness, aches and pains, sore throat, diarrhoea, conjunctivitis, headache, loss of taste or smell, a rash on skin, or discolouration of fingers or toes are some common symptoms.

Ghana Police Service personnel should arrest any citizens who come against the laid down principles or protocols given by the way government. The Police should arrest citizens without a nose mask and people who do not practice social distancing. In our opinion, the arrest should be accompany by a fee which will set as an example to others too. Ghana turns out to be a free a country so we sometimes take things for granted.

The fact that the Ghana Police Service has become calm on the wearing of face masks should not be taken for granted. Let us all wear our face mask, let's practice social distancing, let us avoid handshake and hugs and not forgetting washing of our hands regularly under running and clean water with soap.

The virus can be transmitted from person to person and that's why the Ghana police will arrest anybody with face mask that if s Easter festivity and even beyond that. In our opinion, the Ghana Police should arrest citizens who do not follow the Covid-19 protocols or the laid down principles this Easter.
