I Really Doubt We Can Eliminate Criminals Entirely; IGP Dampare Storms Volta With A Truthful Message

Inspector General of Police George Akufo Dampare Stormed the Akatsi township in the Volta Region to interact with the youth in the community.

According to him, all the citizens have a duty to report crime to the Police. Again, it's the duty of every citizen to protect and not to harm the Police.

" If there are no criminals, the duty of the Police Finishes. However I doubt the results. This is because , we can never flush out criminals entirely. For that I doubt. That doesn't mean the Police will neglect duties. We will continue to be present on duty. We shouldn't watch the numbers of criminals grow. " IGP Dampare said plainly.

" If you perform your duty by reporting crime, the Police also have a duty to bring an end to the crime. There are good people in this town. About 98% are good. You could find only 2% of bad people. The majority must help us reform the few bad people." IGP Dampare said

" Don't attack the Police because he only have one gun to protect himself. Let's team up " IGP Dampare pleaded.
