Joseph Amoah who is a Mobile Money vender has supposedly been shot in the thigh by two obscure armed robbers at the Ahinkofi-Krom community in the Western Region.

The victim narrated the incident to the media, he said the two armed robbers moved toward him for MoMo withdrawal, and subsequently requesting for their ID Card, one of the robbers pointed a gun at him threatening to use the weapon if he refuses to send all the money in his wallet.
" after seeing the weapon I yelled for help however I realized nobody was coming to help me out because they were all scared. They took my money pack, shot me in the thigh, and bolted up all the money" he added. They left me in the pool of blood to die.
Meanwhile, Joseph Amoah is presently at the Effiankwanta Regional hospital receiving treatment after some good Samaritans helped him.
Currently, the case has been reported to the police service in Western Region and investigations are ongoing.
