Captain Smart did the unexpected today as he goes on his knees to beg and plead with Asantehene to just go and have a look at the said fully completed but abandoned 500 bed Afari J. A Kuffuor 38 Military hospital which is located in Kumasi on his land.
He said he is not the one to tell him what to do with all due respect. But this saddens his heart so much that he had to plead with Otumfuo Osei Tutu to go and have a look at the 1st class 500 bed hospital on his land that has been left by the politicians and our selfish leaders in the bushes.
He mentioned the people of the Ashanti Kingdom are dying because "Gee" is always full and not able to accommodate all emergency cases and patients. This hospital is there to solve this problem but it has been left in the jungle.
He says he knows Otumfuo is very powerful and controls several lands in Ghana, from the Ashanti to Greater Accra, Western North, Ahafo Region. He should just go and have a look at the hospital and take action to have the hospital running for the people of Ashanti and Ghana as a whole to save lives and offer employment opportunities.
