Priscilla Owusu Achia, a 19-year-old student of the University of Cape Coast (UCC), has passed away under very sad circumstances.
In a statement released by the management of the University of Cape Coast (UCC), it indicates that one of their first year students, Pricilla Owusu Achia had an accident whiles being accompanied by her friends to go and buy some food items. Pricilla Owusu Achia unfortunately passed away on Tuesday after few days of the terrible accident which occurred on last Saturday.
The statement added that she was hit down by a speeding vehicle which was trying to overtake another vehicle but accidentally balanced into her. The level 100 student was pursuing a course in Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) with specialisation in human resource management (HRM).
The statement again included that, the family of the deceased has already been informed about the sadden demise of their daughter whiles the police are investigating the matter.
