The recent news from the Ghana police service that has earned the Acting Inspector General of Police, Dr George Akufo Dampare lots of applauds and commendations is the arrest of another notorious armed robbery gang who taught they could outsmart the Acting Inspector General of Police, George Akufo Dampare’s boys.
The Acting Inspector General of Police, Dr George Akufo Dampare has undoubtedly vindicated the incumbent President, Nana Akufo Addo considering how effective the various measures which were implemented to help fight criminal activities across the country has been even though most Ghanaians claimed the Acting Inspector General of Police was an inexperienced after his unexpected appointment popped up.
The Acting Inspector General of Police has undoubtedly encountered lots of challenging cases over the past couple of months since his appointment into office which has enabled him devise diverse strategies to bear his counterparts.
Even though most of the armed robbers today seemed to have grasped the Acting Inspector General of Police, Dr George Akufo Dampare’s strategies for arresting criminals, four notorious armed robber were not smart enough to outsmart IGP Dampare as their plans unexpectedly failed.
According to recent report, the four armed robbers were arrested at midnight at Anlo Afiadenyigba in the Volta region of Ghana by a joint police task force and residents of the town after a failed attempt to attack the CEO of SBBV lottery (Sadaco) at his residence.
The suspected armed robbers also attacked a shop and shot into a vehicle as no casualties were recorded.

Upon the alarming incident popped up online, most Ghanaians took the privilege to react to the arrest of the five suspected armed robbers in the Volta region.
