Today, Johnnie Hughes descended on the Greater Accra Regional Minister, Henry Quartey for an offensive and unhealthy sight at the median, Kwame Nkrumah Circle. Johnnie Hughes explained that he was not ready to address anyone except Henry Quartey because the MMDCEs have not yet been approved; only few.
Johnnie Hughes play a video he himself took when he was driving around Circle. One unpleasant sight in the video was two heap of rubbish in the area. Near these heap were food vendors and homeless people. Johnnie Hughes expressed anger at this scene and called out to Henry Quartey to do something.
According to Johnnie, he was content with the performance of Henry Quartey. However, he was not happy this morning when he saw the filth in the area.
"I am satisfied with your work. However, this morning, I am not happy with you. I don't expect you to be happy with yourself. If you want Accra to be a smart city, do something about it''.
