Fear grips Ghanaians, as thousands Gather for Christ Embassy’s Pneumatica Night 2021

Despite the rise and concerns of Ghanaians about the emergence of a third wave of the deadly coronavirus, footage of an overcrowded church service at the Fantasy Dome, has hit and started trending on all social media platforms.

This mega service which was organised by the Christ Embassy Church, themed “Pneumatica Night 2021” saw thousands of congregants in attendance.

Per pictures and videos which surfaced online showed majority of congregants without face masks and the social distancing protocols not adhered to as directed by the head of state.

Members who attended the program testified that the program was filled miracles, wonders and healings and many sick people were Heald of their ailments.

However, not everyone has expressed the same elation as the congregants.

Social media users cautioned that the non adherence to the safety protocols of Covid 19 could lead to the rise of covids third wave in Ghana just as it's happening in India.

The founder and leader of the Christ Embassy Church Pastor Chris Oyakhilome raised critics about the covid vaccines.

During one of his television sermons, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome said the virus was created and planned by a group of people and the vaccines created to administer nanochips and control people.

He then advised his congregation not to get themselves vaccinated.

The organisation of his programme in Accra has left many worried with some calling on government and the necessary state agencies to call the leadership of the church to order.
