Today, TheProgrammeNews has received word that a robber was apprehended at Kasoa by an enraged mob and had his hands hacked off.
According to UTV reporter Seth Mantey's claims, the "arrested" thief took a phone from an elderly woman he was steadily following around.
After he took the phone, the woman yelled for help, and neighbors rushed to her aid, chasing after the thief, who took to his heels after hearing footsteps approaching.
Unfortunately, the thief was unable to flee and was apprehended by the enraged mob. They found a knife on the thief during their search. The thief's fingers were subsequently chopped off with the knife by the people.
