Executives of the African Youth for Sustainable, led by Director General of the organisation – Samuel Apeti had a meeting with the deputy C.E.O of the National Youth Authority on Wednesday 6th April, 2022 at 12:30 pm. The Director, Samuel Apeti briefed Mrs Akosua Manu on the Organisation and it’s activities and stated that the aim of the organisation is to Educate and empower young people to the required capacity and moral authority to propel generational change through the human rights perspective to development

- Partnership and collaboration between the African Youth for Sustainable Development and the National Youth Authority in the achievement of goals set to support the Youth in our society.
Finally, the action items came out of this meeting successfully as the Deputy CEO, Mrs Akosua Manu also highlighted on some activities of the authority and types of partnership available in the Authority. She also assured the African Youth for Sustainable Development of to welcome them and provide all the needed support from the authority. She reviewed our draft proposal with a positive feedback on Partnering with the African Youth for Sustainable Development and its global affiliate around the African Continent.
The African Youth for Sustainable Development seek to promote and mobilize the young people to proactively participate in development processes together with other similar-minded organizations and stakeholders such as the government, SGD, NGOs and development partners both locally and internationally.
The meeting ended well with Mrs. Akosua Manu ensuring the organisation that it will receive their help and support with their upcoming projects. The organisation expressed its profound gratitude.
