The two days Arise Ghana demo has served both positive and negative purposes by attracting the attention of government on the rise in the prices of goods and services and also the violence that occurred during the demo leaving many injured including the police and the protestors.
On the first day, circulating in social media was images of some police personnel who got injured and were given first aid. Reporting from TV3 news via their official twitter page, two of these personnel’s conditions have integrated and have been arranged for emergency surgeries for which it has been successful. Tye identity of the above police personnel were not made available for the provided video by TV3 via their official twitter page has been removed for some purposes according to a directive by the police service.
Let us all remember them in our prayers and wish them speedy recovery for they are social guardians. The police is your friend not and enemy.
