Accident in general are inevitable and others are being caused by the actions of man.
The fight against accident in Ghana has been a difficult one to deal with. For the past few months a lot of accidents cases has been recorded in Ghana. When drivers are not ready to put a stop to unnecessary overspeeding and overtaking on the highway we will continue to see what we are seeing today.
Apart from bad governance in Ghana another headache facing Ghanaians today is road accidents.
Latest updates confirms another serious accident occured at Tamale-Kpandai Highway. The incident happened on 19th July 2022.
According to the passengers in the vehicle, the driver was sleeping behind the steering wheel and subsequently lost control over the vehicle.
The car therefore crashed into a bridge and somersaulted into a ditch at Kpalkori on the Tamale-Yendi road.
Sixteen passengers were injured severely and were rushed to the Tamale Teaching hospital for treatment.
