However, at the LEKMA Hospital a passenger from the Benz was rescued and now in critical condition. It was reported that the driver of Mercedez Benz has ignored warning signals from a previous road accident and is being contained in a 20-footer container on the road.
Police staff were present on the traffic controller scene and supervised the container removal from the road after the second accident caused the death of the three people. Police said that the police explained they were informed about the preceding Spintex Road accident and moved staff to the vehicular traffic on the accident site from the district of Okpoi-Gonno.
The accident occurred in the vicinity of the Fashion City Furniture building. When they went to the accident scene, the police explained that all three vehicles were at the resulting positions and investigations revealed that the DAF truck was loaded with the suspect driver Cyril Lartey.
According to the police, the driver of the lorry lost control of the two other vehicles and caused damage to them when he reached a place close to the Fashion City Furniture site.
The container came down the highway and while the police directed the traffic and the National Road Safety Crane was about to move it off the highway, the police reportedly ignored all the warnings and stumbled into the container a driver responsible for a 4-man Mercedez Benz saloon car.
