Family of the late Constable Sandra Asiedu who was murdered at Damango has commemurated the one week ceremony of their daughter at Obuasi. This follows after another one week ceremony conducted by her collegue police officers at Damango last Saturday.
The father of Sandra spoke with reporters and pleaded with the Police to speed up their investigations in order to arrest the culprit. He stated that the deceased was one of them, therefore they must do double of what they would have done if she were a civilian. The other family members and friends of Constable Sandra Asiedu also lamented and asked the Police to quickly arrest the murderer.
Ths Obuasi Divisional Police Commander, Chief Superintendent Joseph Nyaba, assured due to certain information they have received from the public, they are sure that the culprit will be arrested soon. He also mentioned that if any one has some information concerning the murder case, they should quickly inform the Police to speed up the investigation process.
