Abena Korkor Gets Sober; Tells Ghanaians To Stop Judging Her And Live A Worthy Life

After taking over the online media space during the weekend, Nana Abena Korkor Addo has advised Ghanaians to stop judging her and focus on her mental health problems and some other important issues she raised.

In an updated video she posted online after deleting an earlier one where she made some daring statements, she told the public to learn about mental health and understand how persons with bipolar behave.

By so doing, people will appreciate what bipolar is.

According to WebMD, bipolar disorder is also known as manic depression. It is a mental illness associated with severe high and low moods and changes in sleep, energy, way of thinking, and behaviour.

Persons affected by bipolar disorder usually have periods in which they feel overly happy and energized and other periods of feeling very sad, hopeless, and sluggish.

In the sober video, beautiful Abena Korkor stated that of the two hours and 45 minutes video she made, the only part that attracted the public was her sexual affairs with the more than 100 men she mentioned.

For those wondering if her parents are giving her any form of support in her situation, she revealed that her mother for instance had an eagle eye on her while she was growing up.

Even though Abena Korkor has not been to church for the past two years, she said she grew in a Christian home with strict rules and still has Christians values in her.

Ghanaians must start focusing on the good things she says in her videos rather than the negatives all the times.

In Abena's opinion, if Ghanaians continue with this kind of attitudes, the country will never develop adding that the trivialities are too much.
