Three persons have committed murder at Nhyiaeso in the Ashanti region by taking the life of a fifteen (15) years old boy by butchering him and one of his hands has been chopped off.
The suspects who were involved in the this crime were arrested by the villagers and handed over to the police but they are currently hospitalized under police guard.
According to the Konongo divisional police Commander, DSP Shaibu Osei, “the villagers had arrested three of the suspects who were on the verge of being lynched but the Police quickly rescued them and brought them to the police station and then subsequently to the Agogo Presbyterian Hospital where they have been admitted and are undergoing treatment,” He stated.

However, the body of the deceased has been deposited at the morgue awaiting autopsy.
Crimes are on the rise every day despite the police interventions to stop them from happening.
