The unusual face of a white woman selling on the streets of Nigeria have caused a mixed reaction among many Nigerians. To many, it has not been ever seen in any street of the country that a white woman is hawking. So this one is very strange.
The unanimous thread that connects all the comments is that it's clearly not an everyday event, and there may be a fundamental reason. Currently popular photos on the internet show a woman selling local snacks in two clear plastic containers.
However, other commentators quickly pointed out that this was not new in some African countries such as South Africa, Kenya and Ghana.
