
The northern electricity distribution company of the volta river authority announces for the information of the general public and it's cherished customers that, there will be power outage in the entire yendi municipality and eastern corridor, thus, Gushegu, cheriponi, zabzugu, bimbila, kpassa, kpandai, chinderi, salaga and kete krachi on Saturday 9th April 2022, and Sunday 10th April 2022 from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
According to the letter released by NEDco/VRA, the reasons of the outage of power is as a result of work maintenance at the substations within the eastern corridor. Management of NEDco/VRA are therefore appealing to the general public and it's cherished customers to exercise patience as what they intend to do is to improve quality power supply and distribution within and across the eastern corridor.
Management also wish to apologise to the general public and it's customers for any inconvenience cause this may bring.
