Nigeria Vs Ghana: We Need To Get 60,000 Ghanaians To The Stadium - Bridget Otoo

Ghana Black Stars is expected to play a return match against the Super Eagles of Nigeria in Abuja after their first leg of the World Cup play-off in Kumasi.

The game which took place at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi on Friday, 25th March, 2022 ended goalless.

Ghanaians were expecting a win from the Black Stars but that didn't happen.

Some of the players in the Black Stars team after the game were booed at the stadium by angry supporters.

However, the Black Stars of Ghana will be in Abuja National Stadium, Nigeria to play the second leg of the World Cup qualifies on Tuesday, 29th March, 2022 at 5:00pm.

Moshood Abiola National Stadium, a multipurpose national sports stadium located in Abuja. The Stadium has a capacity of 60,491 unlike Baba Yara Sports Stadium which has 40,528 capacity.

Ghanaian media personality, Bridget Otoo has stated that 60,000 Ghanaians needed in Abuja National Stadium to support the Black Stars in their game on Tuesday.

She took to social media to ask the possibility of her request.

Her tweet reads;

"We need to get 60000 Ghanaians to the stadium…. 

How do we do that?"

The support by Ghanaians at Baba Yara Sports Stadium during the game was massive as Bridget Otoo wants same in Abuja.
