In response, the "Dade" club is accusing Hearts Of Oak of age cheating and unqualified registration of midfielder Emmanuel Nettey.
They believe that Emmanuel Nettey is way above his current age of 24 with evidence.
The result of the earlier protest filed by the Phobians has not yet been submitted by the Disciplinary Committee Of The Ghana Football Association as a decision in favor of Hearts will cause Great Olympics to lose six points to Hearts despite the game-ending one all.
The two teams have met twice this season with Oly winning the first leg of the league in Accra before sharing spoils in the second leg.
There is still an opportunity for the two teams to meet I'm MTN FA Cup as it enters round 32 stages.
